Ever wonder about the hidden talents of your dog at home? You know, the one snoozing on your favourite bedspread right now? Paws for Fun is made up of regular dogs and their families who practice agility racing and other feats of athleticism all year long. And under the direction of club president and owner of Little Moe's Kennels, Yan Wilson, they will treat you to a one-of-a-kind spectacle!
The Paws for Fun show pulls audiences under its spell with lively music and a group of special canines who reveal their individual talents and abilities. A couple of the highlights of the show are "Sky" the famous frisbee dog! Sky a border collie who's favorite past time is stacking frisbee's . Sky has been featured on The David Letterman Show, twice on Animal Planet's Pet Stars, the Steve Harvey Show in L.A. Sky is always a favorite for the crowd. And Ace a famously fast border collie with his speed, agility, and many tricks he loves to perform to a crowd !!! You’ll see a variety of breeds, all shapes and sizes, that will make you cheer. The secret is: The louder you cheer, the better the dogs perform!
They have performed at various exhibitions, festivals and fundraisers throughout Nova Scotia and their showcase performance is at the Maritime Fall Fair. These dogs are truly ambassadors for dogs everywhere! Come visit and enjoy. We love having visitors drop by! We train most monday's at Little Moe's Kennel. As of October 2009 we will be moving into our new training facility Paws For Fun Canine Centre. Everyone is welcome!
